Attention All Library Patrons

June 12 update

The Library has re-opened to the public. However, we have implemented some rules for patrons attending the library as COVID-19 is still a concern. Please note the signage as you enter the town hall and the hallway leading to the library for instructions.

We have hand sanitizer stations at the main entrance and down the hall leading to the LUD Office and library. We request that all patrons use hand sanitizer before entering the library and browsing for books.

We have implemented a quarantine station for returned items in the office across from the LUD office. Please help yourself to a plastic bag, place all items you are returning in the bag and then into the appropriate bin (the day of the week you are returning your items).

There is currently a revised borrowing limit during this time: Patrons may check out a maximum of 5 books (including Audiobooks) and 1 movie per Patron ID/Membership.

We will be enforcing the 6 feet Social Distancing rule here due to the size of our library space. Therefore, we are limiting access to the library rooms to 1 person at a time.

Thank you for your co-operation.
